Major General Bentley Rayburn, a highly decorated Air Force commander, delivered the commencement speech and encouraged students to use their education to approach life in new ways.

Colorado Springs, Colo., July 7, 2009 – Colorado Technical University (CTU) announced the promotion of Bruce Harmon, Ph.D. to dean of doctoral computer science at the CTU Institute for Advanced Studies. In addition to this position, Harmon will maintain his current role as the dean of engineering and computer science at the CTU campus in Colorado Springs.
